My name is Natalie, and I’m a Registered Professional Counsellor offering somatic therapy in Vancouver. My approach to therapy comes from lived experience; over decades of personal growth, I’ve navigated both mental and physical health challenges that, at times, felt overwhelming. These experiences have deepened my compassion and strengthened my commitment to helping others find hope and healing through somatic and trauma-informed therapy.
